This is an opportunity to share some of the techniques and ideas I have found relevant to the processing and printing of my own work. It is based on personal experience of using Photoshop to explore its creative potential for image making; it is not intended to be a definitive guide to digital imaging. Technical knowledge and information should inform what we do; but for me, photography at its best - digital or analogue - is about creating expressive images. I know of no simple formula or procedure for achieving this.
